Shipping Policy
The report would be dispatched within 24 hours to the client via email/download link/drive after confirmation of the payment.
Refund Policy
The client will make the payment to IQ4I Research after reviewing the sample report and satisfied with the content & terms as mentioned in the invoice/payment link. Client is responsible for use, sales, and related taxes & customs.
Considering the confidentiality and value of the data provided in the reports or associated excel data, refunds cannot be granted after the report has been dispatched to the client. However, company may consider providing customization of the report, if it contains missing or incomplete data. IQ4I Research will decide about feasibility of such work.
